oh my GOSH.that was SO much fun.but of course,i promised God to stop swearing so,OH MY GOODNESS.that was SO much fun.
seriously,iv nv heard a single planetshaker song till tonite.i din even NOE wat i was singing.but i think theyre so awesomely funky! i think the keyboardist is hot.shu said the drummers hot too but i din go for the autograph thing to see them up close.
AH.it was so absolutely memorable right from the start! first,we totally interrupted todays sermon while walking in and out looking for stef and caron,who were downstairs at some wedding thing,and after that we had to carry loads of serena's presents including a cake,so it was very messy.and,i was wearing a really long skirt,so i had to change back into the shorts i was trying to return claudia,like after a month of borrowing them AFTER my other long skirt tore in church.hmm.so i went in shorts.which looked REALLY weird cos they weren going out shorts.
then,we flagged down this really big LONDON cab.so colorful too.5 of us cld fit in the back! (:
then we went down to downtown east.and had dinner at BK,which was super crowded.met esmond and ting there too.then i went to get my ticket from shu,and ended up bumping into the rest of SC,which comprised of Jingyu,Nic Toh,Claire Yeo.those ppl.and Charmaine Yuen and Nic Tian.and Cheryl.met Amanda after the whole thing.
we ate our food in record time,cos no food was allowed,and the best part was that we had a cake with us for serena's bday,but of course stef managed to get out of throwing away the cake la.after that we went in,and the best part started.
everyone was like,jumping,screaming,singing,shouting,and ppl like aaron made hiphop noises i heard.and the jumping was like,WOAH tiring.for one thing i cldn really catch the songs we were singing for a while,cos as i mentioned earlier,i haf nv heard planetshaker songs b4.i dun even NOE why i went but i dun regret it at all.wanna go next year!
my calves totally hurt real bad now.i think that the sermon abt lezarus,or however u spell his name,was SO true.i nv saw his death as sth that depicted troubles in our lives and death to faith and stuff.and abt the coming out of the tomb,it was so true.like coming out of the troubles we've been put in,like a tomb.was quite touched by that one.
i cried twice.once bcos sth thru the 'there's nothing my God cannot do' song, i was trying to really concentrate on getting thru to the Holy Spirit,and suddenly i see stef with her massive headache with her hands on her head and praying possibly for it to go away or sth.so i duno wat overcame me and i just like,put my hand on her head and started to pray for her,and the moment i did that i started crying really hard.it was like,so Holy Spirit la!
then i cried again after the sermon and the preacher was like,praying for christians who wanted to come out of their shells of trouble and into God's presence,and we started singing that 'there's nothing my God cannot do' part again,and she was saying dun hold back just worship God in any way you want.so sth overcame me again,and i just knelt like i wanted to.then the minute i knelt,i started crying AGAIN! it was like,automatic.its like God telling me how he can only touch my heart when i humble myself before him.so true.
the worship was GREAT la.i was so tired after jumping.calves hurt SO bad.but the audience kept wanting MORE!so there were like so many encores.haha.had to KEEP jumping too.oh and there was this part when the guy in front of me started jumping further back and almost onto all my stuff,and i was like almost squashed i had to use one finger to push him back.stef finds it SO hilarious.she has told it to like,everyone.
then after the concert i met kenneth,sort of.he saw me first but i cldn recognize him at all.
oh then all those from church who came,which comprised of ting,esmond,aaron,evelyn,jo,claud,me,stef,serena,caron went to PARTY at macs.had to cut the cake.haha and then it was so fun just sitting arnd talking.then we saw charm yuen and nic tian there with some guys,and they were sitting at the other end,totally in full view from our table.then we ate the cake and drank SO much drinks bcos our throats were so dried out.so after this we're stuck with two pieces of cake.so i was like,i NOE,we can give it to those ppl over there.charmaine and nic.then aaron refused to eat an extra piece so we asked him to go and give to them,as a dare.but he din dare la!so esmond offered to do it,but with an incentive.so we finally agreed on kinder bueno chocolate,and he really went over and gave.it was SO funny!they turned and looked at us,and stef and i started waving at them.it was SO retarded!!!!!! everyone was laughing so hard.i rmb trying to explain to aaron which girl to give to,which was charm la,but she was wearing this totally unexplainable one shoulder blue watever half sth.it got confusing.esmond got it right.we saw the 3 of them pushing the cake arnd after that.then they disappeared right under our noses just as we got up to leave.
okay then after that we went home by MRT,and my new friend,who's caron's friend,denise,gave me a lift home from kembangan cos my bro refused to walk out and get me.she was SO sweet. (:
oh and to be alittle of pt,i din noe that PEIEN is with JUNXIAN! i was just thinking of him,cos he's insane abt planetshakers.his email was 'planetshakers@hotmail.com' at least.must add him back and congratulate him cos his waiting finally paid off.kl says im just slow.
